- Employee document administration
- Report and claim healthcare Insurance
- SHUI, Trade Union Report, Monthly confrontation C12
- Independent Register, PIT Code Register
- Manage personnel data/filing system as well as maintain and keep HRIS updated.
- Input all change/updated information into the HR Updated file that support for the HCM payroll
- Follow up the expiry dates of the labor contract, prepare contracts
- Periodically make HR Report to Labor Department/ others state agencies
- Payment Request application
- Participate in employee welfare projects
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers
- Good communication and Microsoft office (excel skill is a must)
- Pro-active, enthusiastic, hardworking and honest.
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Have a strong affinity for problem-solving and result orientation
- College/University graduated in relating field
- Good understanding and practices of labor laws, social insurance laws, personal income tax and other related laws
- Having 1-2 years of working experience in C&B, payroll operations.
