Mô tả Công việc
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of planograms in assigned retail stores
- Collaborate with store management to execute planogram changes and updates
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to planograms as needed
- Communicate with Product management teams to ensure promotional and seasonal displays are executed according to plan
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate planogram effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Provide training to store associates on planogram implementation and merchandising best practices
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about planogram strategy and execution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform planogram development and execution
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in retail merchandising and planogram implementation preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret planograms and schematics accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with store personnel and management.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards and product presentation.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate store schedules and deadlines.
