Main task:

· Coordinate with functional units to handle quality abnormalities during the production process.

· Monitor quality status in the factory, and improve and enhance the quality of factory processes.

· Process and develop individual customer projects and requirements, while responding to customer reviews and resolving customer quality complaints.

· Manage internal work of the quality department, train internal staff, and train production staff.

· Carry out various reports and teaching materials on the job
