*This role will be working temporarily at our LEGO Training Facility (Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by the end of 2024 (Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa city)
Core Responsibilities
• Lead the shift team by example, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Organize and schedule shift activities, monitor attendance, and manage time-off requests.
• Assign duties based on team members' skills, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage employee requests and conflicts, motivating teams to achieve operational goals.
• Oversee material handling, quality control, and packing processes to meet production targets.
• Utilize Lean Continuous Improvement concepts and tools to drive operational enhancements.
• Proactively engage in customer-centric initiatives and respond to project management key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communicate effectively in English for technical and administrative purposes.
• Support crew satisfaction and engagement through proactive actions and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with training teams to ensure process adherence and documentation control.
Play your part in our team succeeding
This role leads the shift team to ensure tasks are completed according to LEGO's quality, safety, and environmental standards. Serving as a role model, you'll influence team culture and coordinate daily operations for smooth execution. Emphasizing a "safety first" mindset, you'll guide the team to achieve KPIs in SQDCP, taking action for improvements when targets aren't met.
Do you have what it takes?
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and service orientation.
• Ability to make independent decisions and drive change initiatives.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication within technical contexts.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by management.
