Mô tả Công việc

Provide leadership on setting up targets aiming to assuring quality management system and superior product performance with high safety standards as well as optimum customer service level at minimized manufacturing cost.

Define, plan and manage the resources required to achieve the targets aiming toward continuous improvements.

Set up, implement and maintain Quality Management System requirement and act in role of quality managment representative

Leading in setting up, implement and maintain GMP, Food Safety System, IS0, HACCP systems throughout the company and as leader of internal quality audit team

Lead the CAPA process for corrective action and improvement quality, food safety system.

Manage quality of raw material/packaging , Lead the audit team for all suppliers and implement to improve performance of suppliers.

Manage and control quality testing equipment.

Lead and involve in assigned Cost Saving projects.

Ensuring that process/program need for improve the quality system establish, implement & maintain

Reporting to management on the performance of the quality systems, including opportunities for improvement

Promoting the awareness of quality, regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organization

Serving as a liaison with internal and external parties on all mater relating to quality system

Lead the implementation and continuous execution of Performance Management Process within the QA Department in line with company directions/policy.

Involve in and support projects implementation

Involve in Finish Product Specification standardization

Develop and manage budget of department

A QA organization utilizing the resources to the utmost maximum potential delivering Best In Class results in all QA Accountabilities to provide continuous business competitive advantages

Successful implementation of required projects in time and in spec

Compliant to ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP or Quality Management System requirement

Ways to Measure Accomplishment

Key indexes on Quality (RM/PM control, product defect level, run to target indexes, Quality Assurance Program rating, customer complain),

Total delivered cost (product costs, conversion costs, and cost reduction …),

Customer service (New trials, new product development ... )

Timely update the projects status and lead the projects proactively

Consumer-oriented FPS

QMS Audit,

Timely implementation and execution of the related company programs (ISO, HACCP, GMP..) include internal audit.

The Standardized Occupational Safety Hygiene Roles and Responsibilities

1. Three Obligations must be applied anytime and anywhere within Pham Nguyen:

No. 1: I will refuse to take any action I consider unsafe or to perform any task I am not properly trained to do or do not have the proper tools to do.

No. 2: I will immediately confront anyone performing or about to perform an act or task I consider to be unsafe and I will prevent anyone from performing a task which they are not properly trained to do.

No. 3: I will immediately stop what I am doing if someone confronts me about a task I am doing. I will resolve the concern with respect and goodwill, requesting assistance from another if necessary, before continuing.

2. Strictly comply with the Occupational Safety and Hygiene Rules.

3. Environment Health Safety requirements of each leadership position defined:

Ensure that business activities support the facility Environment Health Safety policies and the Pham Nguyen Occupational Safety and Hygiene and Environmental policies.

Operate in full compliance with Environment Health Safety legislation, laws, regulations and codes.

Identify Environment Health Safety aspects/hazards and impacts and manage them to acceptable levels of risk or impact.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Degree in industrial engineering or other quality related field with at least 10 years exposure in QA, Leading/ coordinating various projects.

At least 5 years of which will have been in a Management position.

The position requires inter-functional business understanding and knowledge.

English fluency in both writing and speaking. Fluent in Microsoft Office

Experience in Food safety, quality assurance managment system, GMP, HACCP, ISO.

Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, SPC tools, Defect reduction route, Lean, Six sigma and DMAIC
