Effectively manage the Company's assigned resources to develop and implement the company's quality strategies and goals. Ensure the effective construction and application of the quality management system and food safety to meet legal requirements, company requirements and customer satisfaction. Ensure implementation meets or exceeds established targets (KPIs) for quality management of the company.
THE MAIN TASK:
Establish, implement and maintain necessary processes of the quality management system to ensure product quality and operational quality of the company.
Plan annual quality plans or each project according to the company's development orientation and business strategy.
Collect and fully analyze customer feedback on that basis to promote awareness and improvement across the entire organization to satisfy customer requirements.
Flexibly, effectively and fully handle customer complaints combined with analysis of process trends and product conformity, thereby devising, implementing and controlling corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure the maintenance of certificates of facilities meeting food hygiene and safety standards for factories in Bien Hoa and Long Thanh as well as certificates of food safety and quality management systems that the company is applying.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems in departments through organizing periodic/unscheduled internal audit activities as well as implementing implementation monitoring activities Corrective and preventive actions after internal and external assessments are carried out.
Organize quality meetings and quality reports on a scheduled basis or upon request.
Train and train employees to be aware of quality and working skills to reduce costs and increase profits for the company.
