- Sales Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to maximize market penetration and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, trends, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Promotional Events and Branding:
- Plan and oversee promotional events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event success and alignment with branding strategies.
- Manage sponsorships and partnerships with sports events, athletes, and other influencers to promote the eyewear brand.
- Customer Communication and Negotiation:
- Establish and maintain strong connections with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure mutual success.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

- Market Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet local market demands.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment of goals.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.
- Hybrid work: 50% Office - 50% remote
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of managing distributors, wholesalers, and retail sales channels.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to organize and execute promotional events and sponsorship activities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.
- Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the sports products industry, sports sponsorships, and branding strategies is a plus.
- Understanding of retail and wholesale operations in Vietnam.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam as needed.
