Mô tả Công việc

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

 Develop and execute strategic business plans

 Identify and evaluate potential brands, buyers, customers and business opportunities through market research and analysis.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new partnerships to drive sales growth.

 Collaborate with sales, marketing to collect and update markets and customer information in Garments & Footwear Industries

 Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers and close new business deals

 Work closely with customer service, product development, supply chain to proceed with the orders

 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

 Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to customers and stakeholders.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MANAGEMENT

 Manage daily customer service tasks including order processing, order tracking, delivery, leadtime, AR collection, account allocation to CS staff, etc…

 Effectively manage performance and workload of CS team.

 Monitor ERP system from beginning to the end to ensure customer information and order status are updated accurately

 Manage customer expectations regarding communication, complaints, after-sales service

 Propose solutions to support sales development capabilities to ensure service quality and meet customers’ requirements.

 Propose solutions to handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standards.

 Be responsible for coaching and training existing CS staff and newly joined CS staff on customer service mindset and daily tasks

 Build a team with strong knowledge who can consult and good problem solving to customers

GENERAL TASKS

 Act on Special Assignments from the Managing Director.

 Other tasks as required by Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

At least 3 years’ experience in Leadership positions

 Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service

 Experience in printing / packaging industry is preferable

 Bachelor’s degree

 Expertise in Excel

 Good at Microsoft office

 People-oriented, results-driven.

 Good negotiation, presentation, communication, collaboration and management skills.

 A problem solver, dealing with practical and people problems

 Able to manage, motivate, train, and develop self, team to deliver the targets with high performance

 Good command of English and Chinese
