To achieve Sales and purchasing of used engines for the Marine and EPG market in the Asean region.

1. An international focus and hands-on mentality are required
2. Sales of used engines and generatorsets to the agreed markets and geographical area’s
3. Purchasing of engines and generatorsets from the agreed markets and geographical area’s
4. Involvement in the further development of the used engine sales department
5. Implement monthly and quarterly sales plan review and rolling forecasts
6. Monitor and report on local market and competitor activities
7. Develop strong customer relationships through regular contact with key influencers
8. Understand internal and external customer demands and act and report on that information
9. Resolve escalated customer complaints involving decisively
10. Ensure customer coverage is maintained and customer records reflect current details
11. Oversee and control key revenue and cost drivers in order to meet profit targets
12. Monitor working capital including inventory and accounts receivable
13. Prepare, review and manage Year to Date and Financial Year Budgets
