Mô tả Công việc

  • Sales Planning and Strategy:

    • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Attend client meetings to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Sales Monitoring and Analysis:

    • Monitor sales performance and report regularly to the Management.
    • Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:

    • Work closely with the marketing department to develop effective advertising campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the production department to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4- 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic planning skills.
