JOB SUMMARY

This position focuses on purchasing finance, with a strong emphasis on cost analysis (e.g., materials/BOM), supplier data analysis and sourcing KPIs. The role will support the Senior Supervisor in Vietnam and the Manager in Hong Kong in collaborating with various partners to prepare and coordinate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to the Asia and Mexico businesses, including Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

- Support the Senior Supervisor in Vietnam and the Manager in Hong Kong in collaborating with various partners to prepare and coordinate information for specific projects and regular analyses related to the Asia and Mexico businesses, including Vietnam.

- Prepare and develop monthly reports and detail analyses, such as material cost variance impact, project updates, monthly changes and trends, key findings and explanations.

- Assist in the annual budget review and preparation process. - Support the creation of presentation slides for the Sourcing department's KPI and CEO review during Annual Budget and Quarter Review as needed.

- Work closely with local and oversea Sourcing Teams (Purchasing Teams) and other Finance Teams on conducting various analyses, including cost analysis (materials/BOM) and suppliers data analysis, by collecting and consolidating information from multiple teams, departments and systems.

- Build, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards. - Review, verify and analyze Mexico monthly reports. - Collaborate with the IT team for process improvements and automations projects.

- This role might be expanded to other responsibilities within the Purchasing Finance team as needed.

 REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelor of Finance/ Audit/ Accounting is preferred.

Experience At least 2+ years of experience in financial analysis (preparing budget & forecast), audit or Accounting; experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage, candidates with more experience could be considered as Assistant supervisor. Knowledge Finance/ Costing/ Accounting background prefer.

Functional Skills

- Good at English skill both verbal & written.

- Computer knowledge: Familiar with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, highly committed, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

- Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
