As the Senior Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. You will also lead the team Project and Operation Excellence within the Operation function. Your role will involve strategic planning, optimizing fulfillment costs, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing quality control measures, evaluating and implementing technology solutions, collaborating with customer service teams, driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and safety, and leading various projects and innovations to improve efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple order fulfillment centers, ensuring efficient and seamless order processing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize order fulfillment processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Set goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor performance metrics, especially during campaigns.
Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple fulfillment centers and optimize fulfillment costs according to company objectives and key results (OKRs).
Ensure that all orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped according to customer requirements and quality standards.
Evaluate, implement, and maintain order management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other technology solutions to support efficient order fulfillment operations.
Explore automation and robotics solutions to improve productivity and reduce errors in fulfillment operations.
Collaborate with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in order fulfillment operations. - - Analyze data, gather feedback, and implement process enhancements or automation to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to order fulfillment operations, including safety standards, data privacy, and product labeling.
Lead the team in Project and Operation Excellence within the Operation function.
Design suitable supply chain and fulfillment modes for new group brands.
Produce a rate card for potential leads.
Onboard new group brands and provide necessary support.
Provide in-depth insights and analysis on how to improve fulfillment cost, SKU assortment, gift vs. main ratio.
Drive projects, innovations, and value-added service initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and meet company business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in logistics operations management with at least 7-10 years experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational improvements.
Experience with order management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other relevant technology solutions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with at least 3-5 years in similar role, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
