We are looking for a a passionate and motivated Senior Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Key Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field.
· 02 years+ of experience in creating marketing tactical planning, marketing campaign.
· Strong project management skills, results-oriented mindset.
· Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing or event organizing.
· Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated, positive attitude and sense of humor.
· Performs well with competing priorities, multiple projects, and a virtual team. Detail-oriented and strong follow-through with a collaborative working style
· Proficiency written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish Marketing Strategy
· Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for brand
· Assist integration of online and offline campaigns with brand consistency
· Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
2. Execute and Manage Marketing Strategy
· Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of event/campaign
· Work with the shopping malll’s management team to implement on-site events/advertising/CRM
· Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
· Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
· Manage freelance writers, designers, and video editors
· In charge of Marketing materials’ production
· In charge of stores’ decorations for special events, public Holidays.
3. Content writing
· Supervise brand content
· In charge of social & other brand’s social platforms
· In charge of Marketing and Communication plan and execution
· Content writing for social media fanpage
4. Budget Management
· Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity with agreed budge
