Develop test cases, conduct user testing, and refine the platform based on feedback.
Compliance & Risk Management

* Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or an equivalent qualification) in Economics, Banking, Marketing, or Technology.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at e-commerce companies, digital banking institutions, or consumer finance organizations.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
In-depth understanding of products and services in the consumer finance and banking sectors.
* Technical Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of software development, programming, and design.
Expertise in product development architecture.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
Proficiency in product backlog management.
* Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments, including Domain Architect, Solution Architect, Engineering, Operations, Data, Risk, Digital Sales, Legal, and Compliance.
