· Ensure to produce quality products according to the buyer’s requirements.

· Responsible for monitoring all implementation of quality control process and assist production in control product quality for reduce quality issues, rework & return goods.

· Conduct audit daily with subordinate for defective detection & control.

· Investigate & analyze quality issues identified by customers and work with relevant departments to take corrective and prevention measures for avoid problem re-occur.

· Conduct self-inspection audit and feedback to production team for action & improvement.

· Verify corrective and preventive action committed are implemented.

· Motivate subordinates for promote efficiency & maintain high working morale in the team.

· Ensure the subordinates adhere to all relevant procedure and work instruction.

Education Background:

·       College or University

Working Experience:

·       With 05 years or above of working experience in the position of QA of textiles or garment manufacturing.

·       Good command written and spoken in English or Chinese.
