The Pudwill Leadership Center (PLC) was established in 2013 in Dongguan, PRC, and has developed a reputation of offering quality Training to Business verticals within TTI Asia. Since 2023, PLC also provides training programs to our Vietnam organizations.

Our Training facility, program & approach is unique. No other Power Tool brand is delivering this level of training to its employees & customers in Asia today.

The position will support the various TTI organizations around Ho Chi Minh City. The base office is expected to be at the TTI SHTP office. Weekly responsibilities will likely require 2 to 3 daily trips to other TTI facilities, either in Cuchi or Dau Giay areas, where engineering / manufacturing organizations are set.

Key Responsibilities

PLC training support (80%)

1. Work with the PLC Asia team to run PLC trainings in TTI VN and support the various Business Units.
2. Lead and coordinate PLC trainings: communication, training registration, Invitation and training resources confirmation.
3. Support, prepare and maintain training environment/tools /accessories/materials… and showcase TTI's professional power tools brand culture.
4. Delivery high quality power tool product training
5. Work on ad-hoc projects as a part of PLC development.

BPI Training Support (20%)

1. Support the Asia BPI group with Vietnam training: communication, training registration, Invitation and training resources confirmation.
2. Develop Lean Six Sigma Knowledge with the support of Asia BPI team and deliver Basic BPI Training courses.

Note: Duties and responsibilities may not be limited to the above. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary. In addition to the basic requirements of the position, all employees are expected to meet the company's goals of continual improvement in the areas of knowledge, skills, processes and quality.

Skills

1. Minimum 3-year relevant experience in the engineering industry. Working in power tools industry would be an added advantage.
2. Proficient English speaker.
3. Solid presentation and communication skills including written and verbal.
4. A highly motivated hardworking self-starter with strong individual and team working skills.
5. Ability to work varied hours/day as required by the business.
6. Comfortable with “hands on” product use & demonstration.
7. Have Lean, Six Sigma, Project management knowledge will be preferred.
8. Speaking Mandarin a plus, but not required.
