Propose and develop new recruitment sources and tools to optimize the recruitment process and attract high-quality candidates.
Develop and implement employer branding plans aligned with each recruitment phase and the company’s hiring objectives.
Analyze manpower needs, propose headcount planning, and a recruitment roadmap aligned with operational goals and business strategy.
Screen, interview, and approve recruitment results in line with standards, budget, and timeline within assigned scope.
Develop, manage, and efficiently utilize the recruitment database system.
Coordinate to strengthen relationships and cooperation with recruitment partners (Universities, Associations/HR clubs…)
Serve as the bridge between HR and business units to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Leverage people data to recommend improvements in workforce and organizational effectiveness.
Participate in developing and adjusting department-related regulatory documents: regulations, rules, procedures, and guidelines, and communicate for implementation by departments.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in TA & EB, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
Strategic thinking with a strong data-driven approach in recruitment and employer branding.
Strong storytelling skills to convey employer brand values consistently and compellingly.
Expertise in designing and optimizing end-to-end candidate experience.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Strong change management abilities, multitasking skills, and resilience under pressure.
