Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Create and manage job postings across various platforms (Savills Website, LinkedIn, recruiting websites, internal announcements, and newspapers).
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job descriptions.
Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews to identify and assess top talent.
Schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Administer recruitment tests and coordinate with hiring managers to select the most suitable candidates.
Manage new hire procedures, including collecting legal documents, conducting reference checks, and onboarding.
2. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement:
Assist in developing Savills' employee branding strategy to enhance talent attraction and retention.
Participate in employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, networking events, and outreach programs.
3. Employee Relations & Retention:
Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering positive employee relations.
Conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide actionable recommendations to reduce attrition.
Counsel employees on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes.
Support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
4. Compliance & HR Operations:
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
Provide insights on legal and procedural compliance related to HR policies and practices.
Other duties as assigned by the TA Manager.
• Bachelor’s in human resources management, Business Administration, or related education background.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same position.
▪ Experiences in mass recruitment is an advantage.
• Proficient English (both speaking and writing) is a plus.
• Patient and calm in pressurized situations.
• Consultative, constructive problem-solving approach.
