Design new tool for new product or transfer product
Work closely with production and process Engineer to design fixture to improve productivity
Follow up with production to build new designed coolers completely
Work closely with production and process Engineer to improve tool
Design guides, template or platform are adequately updated to reflect new methods or approaches from development or product/process transferred to support highest volume, lost cost and highest quality
All products, processes and documentation developed meet all the requirements of a safe work environment
Develop new supplier in VN , that they can make tools for building TEC
Work closely with Dallas engineer to design tools for new product
Support to design and modify tooling, fixture, equipment to adapt required production operations (yield improvement activities, cost reduction, …)
Support manufacturing where required with the utilization or understanding of current or new equipment or processes.
Review and complete Engineering Change Order (ECO)
Create the drawing for products
Support purchaser to answer the question from tooling supplier

Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate, major in Mechanical, Electrical Technician, Material Science or equivalent experience.
2+ years of working experience in technical organization.
Good knowledge of design, Experience of documentation, Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of machining and assembly practices, tools, and jigs & fixtures is a plus.
