Training supervisor responsibilities include enhancing Leader’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work:
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with department heads/ Production Managers/Factory Director.
Work in a team to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the factory.
Plan, develop and provide training and host development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, role plays, scripted service verbiages and workshops.
Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Make annual training plan and training calendar for leadership programs with action plans.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Education, Business). Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
Good at English/Chinese
At least 5 years’ experience in L&D development
Proven record of delivering Trainings/ Workshops for Leaders (level AM and above)
Tech-savvy, innovative approach in learning & development.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
Proactive, open-minded, and adaptable in fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
