Warehouse Process & System Supervisor (Cu Chi Province)

The Warehouse Process & System Specialist will support the Warehouse Process and
System Manager in ensuring operational efficiency, system integrity, and process
improvements within the warehouse. This role involves assisting in workflow optimization,
process documentation, training facilitation, system management, and inventory control. The
specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and
support automation efforts to enhance warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Process Optimization
- Assist in analyzing warehouse workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in Lean and Six Sigma process improvement initiatives.
2. Training and Process Development:
- Assist in developing and conducting training programs for warehouse staff.
- Help document warehouse processes and implement error-proofing controls.
- Conduct training audits to ensure effectiveness and adherence to established procedures.
3. System Management:
- Support the administration of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related applications.
- Assist in system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Provide user training and technical support for warehouse staff.
4. Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety protocols and compliance requirements.
- Assist in safety training and compliance audits.
- Support initiatives to minimize accidents and improve workplace safety.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Assist in preparing reports on process efficiency, system performance, and operational issues.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and suggest process enhancements.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with warehouse staff, IT, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Facilitate communication between teams to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years in warehouse operations, system management, or process improvement.

Knowledge
1. Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
2. Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.
3. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred).
4. Awareness of warehouse automation tools and technologies.

Functional Skills
1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
2. Ability to analyze data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
3. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to support system and process improvements.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
5. At least intermediate level of English proficiency - speaking & understanding.
