• Manage factory operations, arrange work, and mobilize personnel to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery
• Responsible for managing and supervising the operation of machinery and equipment systems at the laundry factory according to procedures to ensure capacity, operational efficiency, and safety supervision for both people and machines.
• Build an effective laundry process, control the quality of laundry after cleaning
• Develop a periodic maintenance plan for machinery and equipment
• In charge of recruitment according to production plans and vocational training for new personnel
• Control the quality of product samples before sending them to customers
