Job Description

- Work Location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
- Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a group of engineers in process functions.
- Management:
+ Take main responsibility for the work results of process engineers
+ Oversight and advice on the work of electrical and T&C engineers (will be discussed further during the interview)
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Development: Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological advancements related to
water and wastewater treatment system

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related fields
・Language: English - Business Level 

・Experience: 
- Prefer candidates with over 5 years of EPC project experience in Process, T&C positions across various industries, including water treatment.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Japanese companies.

・Knowledge for engineering: 
- A deep understanding of industrial standards, materials, P&ID, piping diagrams, hydraulic calculations, pump and valve selection, as well as familiarity with creating process documents and drawings, is required. 
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Logical thinking and explanation

・Technical competencies: 
- Familiar with MS Office 
- Familiar with process software tools like Plant 3D P&ID and AVEVA P&ID.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Plant 3D, or Cadworks Plant.
- Preferential treatment for familiarity with programming such as Python, and API programming such as Forge, Power BI, and VBA.
