Job Description

1. Managing the telephone system; Welcoming guest to company;
2. Set up and prepare facility for meeting room;
3. Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence, goods… internally and externally;
4. Manage, monitor the usage and maintenance of administrative equipment such as vehicle, photo copy machine, and taxi cards…;
5. Coordinate with other departments to prepare purchase request for stationary and other items under administration function;
6. Monitor and supervise outsourced services (company bus, catering, cleaning, gardening, security…). Maintain and improve the services quality continuously;
7. Maintain high standard of hygiene in working environment;
8. Manage affairs related to the worker’s uniform;
9. Maintain good relation with relevant government organs;
10. Report on administration related issues when requested;
11. Support Department Head in fulfilling functions and responsibilities of the department.

Job Requirement

1. Education: From college graduation in related field
2. Experience: From 1 year in administration in manufacturing environment
3. Knowledge of: Administration Management or have interest in Administration filed.
4. Skills and Abilities
