Job Description
Labour contract
- Monitoring labor contracts, informing contract to HR Manager or remind Head of department when the contracts expires
- Drafting contracts and updating ERP system data (extended contract)
Working timetable & salary calculation:
- Control worksheet, complete monthly worksheet's data to ensure payment of salary timely and accurately (excel file)
- Attendance check & send warning letter
- Control and calculate salary on ERP system to ensure accurate salary payment
- Weekly control and operate worksheet of the following month as schedule on ERP
- Double check salary system and Excel to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Salary payment: submit salary calculation report for approval & salary transfer
- Doucheck salary system (ERP) and Excel to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Send payslip to employees
- Monthly HR Cost report
Social insurance
- Conduct Social Insurance task by monthly (inform Social Insurance Institution in term of changing staffs, change base insurance, liquid social insurance for staffs…)
- Resolve insurance welfare for staffs ( sickness, maternity,..)
- Monthly manage payment, reconciliation, review with the social insurance agency payment data
Personal income tax
- Proceed to register PIT, dependent person for staffs
- Calculate PIT amount for staffs
- Monthly personal income tax declaration
- Consolidate and settle PIT finalization.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Support to arrange interview, send offer letter in hiring employees.
- Update persponal information, probationary labour contract, scheme salary on ERP system and create ID employee
Resignation
- Completing the resignation procedures, liquidating the contract and handing over other papers to employees when they quit
- Update resignation information to the ERP system
Company’s Policy and benefit settlement
Other ad-hocs tasks when required.
Report
- Report for monthly salary budget
- Report HR's expenses when araising request from HR manager
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- University graduate in related fields
- At least 3-year experience in C&B role in foreign companies with strong background in C&B, good knowledge of labour law, PITlaw, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
- Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in working with HR Management system
- Good at communication & customer-oriented
- Good at English both speaking & writing
- Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
- Mature, careful and result-oriented
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
· BENEFITS:
- Salary: 15-17 triệu gross
- 13th month salary
- Working time: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
