Reporting to the E-Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for :
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor the e-merchandising team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement account management strategies and business plans to grow assigned group of 10-15 group brands.
Encourage innovative thinking and the sharing of best practices to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Facilitate team meetings and brainstorming sessions to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
E-Merchandising Strategy
Develop and implement strategies for product assortment, placement, and promotions to optimize online sales and enhance customer experience.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
Content/Concept Management
Oversee the creation and management of compelling product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Ensure that all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
Collaboration
Work closely with Service Management Team to report activities and participate in periodic business reviews.
Build strong relationship with brands & accounts as valued partner to drive Ecommerce growth sustainably.
Performance Analysis
Determine performance metrics and deliver comprehensive trend knowledge & industry insight to drive group brand performance in terms of traffic, service revenue, shopper experiences, E-Commerce share, ranking of brand within platform, brand penetration in E-Commerce and year-over-year growth.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on merchandising performance for stakeholders.
Job Requirement
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in e-commerce/retail, ideally in the industry, minimum 1 year of managing team. Experienced in Marketing Team is a plus.
• Analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills and people management capacity, able to build rapport, earn trust with key stakeholders and mange Head-level efficiently from large to multinational companies
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
