II. JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Project and department management tasks (60%)
Coordinate, oversee, and monitor the execution of projects assigned by the CEO to ensure timely and successful completion.
Manage and track the progress of departmental plans (annual, quarterly, and monthly) to align with the overall strategic goals of the company.
Work closely with department heads to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule, identify potential risks, and provide solutions to mitigate issues.
Relay important information from the CEO to relevant departments and ensure timely feedback on key deliverables.
Update the CEO regularly on the status of ongoing projects and departmental performance.
Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration to ensure cross-functional tasks are executed smoothly.
Organize and lead project-related meetings, summarize key takeaways, and ensure action items are completed on time.
b.Administrative Office Management Tasks (40%)
Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and business trips, ensuring effective time management.
Prepare and gather necessary documents and information for the CEO’s meetings, business engagements, and trips.
Arrange and coordinate logistics for the CEO’s business trips (contacting partners, booking flights, hotels, handling visas, etc.).
Support the CEO by preparing meeting notes, tracking tasks, and organizing documentation for easy access and reference.
Handle tasks related to office administration, such as document translation and archiving, ensuring all files are organized and up-to-date.
Complete other related tasks as required by the CEO within deadlines.

Knowledge:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience as an assistant, with experience in project management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Proficient in reading and writing English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).

IV. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
Salary and Bonuses
Salary: 20,000,000 – 30,000,000 VND per month, plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.
Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000-500,000 VND.
Longevity bonuses.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
