You will be responsible for IT strategy and its executio management linked to our company’s business strategy and business strategy.
Specifically:
Develop and execute IT strategic plan
Propose technical solutions based on business needs
Evaluating existing systems and processes and proposing improvements
Research on new technology and market trends
Project management and collaboration with the team to drive the project
Communication and coordination with stakeholders
Implementation of risk management and governance measures
Cooperation area Worldwide (Japan, United States, Europe, Greater China, ASEAN, South Korea, India)

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field (master’s degree preferred)
5 + years of IT strategy or related work experience (especially in manufacturing)
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Project management experience (PMP, etc.)
Understanding of the latest technologies such as cloud computing, AI and IoT
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English: business level (It’s better if you can speak Japanese.)
