Logistic Assistant _ LONG AN

Job Description

Key responsibilities are:

1. Coordinate with farm coaches at our controlled farm to arrange the containers and timely logistics.

2. Manage all government and export documentation requirements and certifications (via an accredited broker where appropriate);

3. Work directly with shipping line/forwarders to book the container.

4. Ensure proper scheduling of transportation (truck, ship, etc);

5. Travel to the production area to support for logistics and cold chain, work with logistics vendor to handle the products trucking (farm to main warehouse, main warehouse to port).

6. Pay attention to the relevant departments for a smooth process.

7. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement

Required Skills / Qualifications:

1. Must have a University degree with 1-3 years’ experience in in International Business, Logistics & Supply Chain and related majors;

2. Person will have to be detail-oriented, organized, systematic, assertive, autonomous, and proactive.

3. Intermediately in both English and local language and computer skills with MS Office is required

4. Candidate must also have the ability to go on business trip within Vietnam and willing to travel including overseas.
