Responsibilities: Planning, operating and developing consumer workflows, Marketing campaigns and Customer care activities
Campaign management:
1. Research & analyze consumer insight to build user workflows using marketing tools
2. Coordinate with related departments (Brand team, Loyalty team) to plan and build user flows (automated or partner) for Marketing campaigns/Loyalty activities
3. Implement surveys, A/B testing to optimize outcome of campaigns
4. Create and develop short-term and long-term use cases according to business objective
System management:
1. Manage data integration between platforms
2. Analyze & optimize data for smooth operations on SFMC
3. Monitor and resolve problems during operation
Other tasks :
1. Train relevant personnels
2. Integrate other system/platforms
3. Manage budgets and related pawerwork
- Experience in CRM, CDP (Customer data platforms), or Salesforce Marketing Cloud...
- Experience in building workflow, business flow, be good at logical and analytical thinking
- Mindset of Marketing, basic knowledge of database SQL
- Background in FMCG is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
