Media Intern will support the Media team in the execution and administration of media campaigns under the guidance and supervision of the Media Supervisor. The role involves assisting with campaign coordination, performance tracking, reporting, documentation, and communication with internal stakeholders, agencies, and dealers while gaining hands-on experience in client-side media operations and developing practical knowledge of media campaign management. All key deliverables and external communications will be reviewed and approved by the Supervisor.
1. Media Planning & Execution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect campaign objectives, creative assets, landing pages, and tracking requirements.
- Review campaign setup documents (campaign naming, budget allocation, targeting, creatives, tracking links, UTM parameters, etc.) before launch.
- Maintain campaign timelines and execution trackers.
2. Campaign Monitoring
- Monitor daily campaign delivery and pacing against the approved media plan and budget.
- Flag any under-delivery, overspending, or abnormal performance to Media Supervisor
- Follow up with agencies on optimization actions and implementation status.
3. Reporting & Analysis
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports from agency reports and platform dashboards.
- Validate reported data for completeness and consistency.
- Update internal campaign performance dashboards and trackers.
- Assist in preparing campaign recap reports and post-campaign preparation
- Support analysis of campaign performance against KPIs and benchmarks.
4. Content & Asset Management
- Organize creative assets for media campaigns.
- Ensure correct ad copies, visuals, URLs, and tracking links are used.
- Support the review of campaign materials to ensure compliance with product information, brand guidelines, communication policies, legal requirements, and internal marketing standards.
- Maintain campaign documentation and media trackers.
5. Agency Coordination Support
- Serve as the day-to-day coordinator between the internal Marketing team and media agencies.
- Follow up on campaign schedules, deliverables, creative deadlines, and optimization requests.
- Coordinate campaign launch, revision, and completion timelines.
- Maintain meeting notes and action item trackers.
6. Dealer Coordination Support
- Assist in coordinating with dealers regarding media activities.
- Support communication with dealers to collect required information, creative assets, approvals, and campaign materials.
- Follow up with dealers on assigned action items and campaign timelines under the guidance of supervisor
- Participate in meetings or discussions with dealers when required to gain exposure to client communication and project coordination.
- Escalate any issues, feedback, or requests from dealers to Supervisor for review and further action.
7. Administrative Support
- Update media trackers and project timelines.
- Assist with purchase requests, invoices, and media documentation when required.
- Support the verification of winner information and organize giveaway items.
- Assist in preparing and packing giveaway items for end users participating in marketing campaigns, contests, and mini games.
