Job Description
1. Process Improvement
- Analyze, evaluate, and optimize printing processes (Flexo, Offset, Digital Printing, etc.) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Propose and implement improvements to ensure product quality and process stability.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance production efficiency.
2. Technical Support
- Provide technical support to the production team in operating printing machines, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Evaluate and test printing materials (ink, paper, adhesive, etc.) to ensure compatibility with machines and processes.
3. Development & Training
- Develop operating procedures, technical standards, and training programs for operators on printing techniques and production processes.
- Guide the production team in implementing 5S, ISO, and GMP standards to ensure product quality and workplace safety.
4. Quality Management
- Monitor and control product quality, proposing solutions to reduce printing defects.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when defects occur and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Assist in testing and approving new print samples according to customer requirements.
5. Project Implementation Support
- Participate in expansion projects, printing technology improvements, and production automation initiatives.
- Work with other departments to implement ERP, MES, or digital production management tools.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Printing Technology, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in the printing industry, particularly in label printing, packaging, or RFID tag production.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (Flexo, Offset, Digital, Gravure, Screen Printing) and quality control systems.
- Proficiency in Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with ERP or digital manufacturing management systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English are an advantage.
