· Identify, engage, and secure customers (condominiums, landed homes, commercial & industrial, governments and fleet operators) to use Charge+’s electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions including the supply and installation of EV chargers, delivery of our platform services via our mobile app, provision of support & maintenance.
· Develop business and market channels with strategic partners which can either market Charge+ solutions or become EV charging operators themselves using Charge+ solutions.
· Visit client sites, assess power supply, and recommend charging solution to customers
· Develop in-country go-to-market strategy.

Requirements
· Experience: 3+ years of working experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or related electrical engineering fields.
· Language: Ability to communicate in English at work
· Skills and Attributes:
o Proven track record in achieving sales and marketing outcomes
o Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
o Excellent listening skills to understand customers’ requirements and coordinate acceptable solutions.
o Initiative and interpersonal skills to achieve connectivity with prospects and customers.
o Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts is a plus.
o Willingness to work minimally at the office, actively engaging with potential customers to ensure sales success.
