Position Objective
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Officer (CS) is to manage and administrative the assigned customer accounts. The CS Officer will make sure the customer has a positive experience with our company and should communicate directly with the customer about all their concerns, as well as answering all questions and provide information about our products and services.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work together with sales manager to set up customer databases and all relevant information concerning customer activities and data.
2. Receive customer order and prepare pro-forma invoice, sale contracts, and other relevant documents.
3. Prepare order specifications and provide planning and technical department with information for the POR meeting.
4. Coordinate with planning departments to monitor and follow the order delivery schedule. Keep the customer updated on the delivery schedule.
5. Follow up on customer invoices and keep record of payments. Responsible to update accounting departments of all incoming and outstanding payments.
6. Arrange the container bookings in communication with the assigned forwarding company. Receive and provide shipping documents and other related documents requested by the customer.
7. Set up and maintain the customer database with all relevant information based on the input and instructions from the Sale Director.
8. Prepare quotations and price lists as required by Sale Director.
9. Assist and participate in company marketing activities when required such as trade fairs, photoshoots… ect.
10. Administrate local sales and local order shipments.
Reporting
Reporting to Sale Director and General Manager.
1. College degree or higher
2. Have 03 years or more experience in a similar position.
3. Good at English and communicate with overseas customers.
