Compile and organize daily lists of potential leads and delegate them to appropriate sales team members.
Maintain an accessible and organized filing system for all sales and administrative records.
Handle all administrative tasks for the sales department, including preparing sales documents, reports, and client communications.
Process sales orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Client Scheduling & Sales Support:
Schedule client meetings, conferences, and other appointments for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation.
Expedite rush orders, modify sales orders, update shipping information needed to meet customer demands.
Provide administrative assistance to management and executives as needed, including preparing reports and supporting decision-making.
Support the sales team with various tasks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Reporting & Issue Resolution:
Report any unusual activities (e.g., discrepancies, customer complaints, order delays) to supervisors to ensure quick resolution.
Assist with maintaining up-to-date records in the system and ensure that all sales data is accurate and organized.
Contribute to overall success of the sales team by providing support in meeting deadlines and sales targets.
Job Requirement
University Degree/ College in related fields
At least 1 year of experience in the same position.
Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
