As the liaison between Nam Long Investment Corporation (NLIC) and Japanese partners, the Joint Ventures (JVs) Financial Management Senior Manager will be involved in the day-to-day operations of JV firms and related projects, as well as supporting the GD and managing commitments to JV companies.
Key Responsibilities:
JVs Commitment monitoring:
Check, manage and ensure the commitments between NLIC and partners compliance to JVA, BCC and DA.
Manage / exchange the information with partners to reach consensus on issues related to the project / enterprise organization / management that requires the approval of partners according to the signed agreements.
Assure/monitor quality of reports to JV Parties
Prepare reports on remediation, improvements for delayed investment item compared with approved plan
Project FS analysis and monitoring
To check, manage and assess key changes at different versions of FS/CF at project level
Prepare reports on remediation, improvements for delayed works compared with the approved plan
Business Planning & budget control:
Be responsible for preparing, managing and reporting the annual Business Plan of JV Companies
Monitor and control enterprise operation budget and project annual budget
Set up/ improve internal procedures (SOPs) & management report template to manage the business plan, annual budget and track the submissions from DMA team
Assist BOM to manage (Development Management Agreement) DMA contract to ensure the compliance and efficiency.
Prepare a report to HQ relating to portfolio management and DMA management
Business development implementation involvement (upon request)
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management / Finance
Working Experiences and specific job skill:
Total working experience as a manager and above more than 5 Years.
Directly working experience for Real Estate developer or project management company or construction company or Real Estate consultant.
Strategic vision of investment orientation and business development of the company.
Ability to manage joint venture company contracts
Deep understand of the customers’ needs and tastes in the real estate market and construction industry.
Candidate must be good at IT skills (Microsoft Office and others)
Candidate is expected to good at native language of Vietnamese and English
