Job Description

Technical Sales Executive:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and develop the business further in North Vietnam.

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and meet objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts in the infant nutrition, dairy, confectionery, coffee and beverage categories, as well as developing new sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly in the dairy sector, to maximize growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and business development

Sales Manager

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in food technology or food sciences, any other science- based background, relevant sales and leadership experience, possibly an MBA.

• Proven track record of min. 3 years of successful sales management and business development within the food industry, preferably in nutrition or related sectors.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve the targeted aspirational results.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English verbally and in writing.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, while being practical and efficient.

• Ability to travel within Vietnam and internationally as required.

• Experience in managing key accounts on various levels, proven effective stakeholder management and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the food industry.

Job Requirement

Technical Sales Executive:

•       Bachelor’s degree in food technology or food sciences, with relevant sales experience in the food and nutrition industry of minimum 2 years.

•       Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English, verbally and in writing.

•       Good time management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to find practical solutions efficiently.

•       An effective team – player with the ability to travel within Vietnam and internationally as required.

Sales Manager:
