Job Description

Assign testing for lab based on real sample with client’s requirement, protocol or manual/ Chỉ định xét nghiệm cho phòng thí nghiệm dựa trên mẫu thật theo yêu cầu, quy trình hoặc hướng dẫn của khách hàng
Study new regulations/ clients’ manual and have proper update/ training to all relevant teams/ Nghiên cứu các luật cập nhật mới /sổ tay khách hàng mới và cập nhật/đào tạo cho tất cả các nhóm liên quan
Responsible for new projects (new clients, new protocols, etc.)/ Chịu trách nhiệm về các dự án mới (khách hang mới, quy định mới của khách hang….)
Provide technical advice and review reports for Report team (If need)/ Cung cấp tư vấn kỹ thuật và báo cáo đánh giá cho nhóm Báo cáo (nếu cần).
Support Sales to explain technical matters to clients/ Hỗ trợ bộ phận bán hàng để giải thích các vấn đề kỹ thuật cho khách hang.
Coordinate with other teams or related parties to investigate complaints/ claims, suggest solution for management’s approval, reply to clients and have proper actions to improve the situation/ Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác hoặc các bên liên quan để điều tra khiếu nại/khiếu nại, đề xuất giải pháp để cấp quản lý phê duyệt, trả lời khách hàng và có hành động phù hợp để cải thiện tình hình
Communicate with relevant parties to clarify test requests, test program/ Trao đổi với các bên liên quan để làm rõ các yêu cầu kiểm tra, chương trình kiểm tra
Receive samples, assign tests for sample according to client’s request/ Nhận mẫu, phân công kiểm tra mẫu theo yêu cầu của khách hàng
Log in, log out sample on LIMS system as well as related files/ Đăng nhập, đăng xuất mẫu trên hệ thống LIMS cũng như các file liên quan
Other assignments upon getting request from Manager/ Các công việc khác khi nhận được yêu cầu từ Quản lí

Job Requirement

Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry/ Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân chuyên ngành Hóa học
At least 5-year experience in job related to garment, textile, footwear, toy, or testing service/ Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến may mặc, dệt may, giày dép, đồ chơi hoặc dịch vụ thử nghiệm
English (Reading & Writing)/ Tiếng anh (Đọc & Viết)
MS Office/ Vi tính văn phòng
Communication skill/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp
