<Job Responsibilities>
- Look for suppliers, consumers of chemical/electrical/electronic products, and others, and develop new customers.
- Follow-up and manage sales contracts - purchase orders, manage inventory, cash drawer, and deposits.
- Execute sales and promotional campaigns for new and existing products;
- Negotiate trade terms with customers and suppliers;
- Contact-negotiate, grow, and develop relationships with suppliers and consumers;
- Visit customers and suppliers periodically.
- Meet monthly and annual sales objectives and targets for turnover;
- Make weekly, monthly, and semi-annual reports to Sale Manager and General Director;
- Realize other works concerning sales under the assignment of the sales manager and General Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language skills: English - Business Level OR Japanese - Business Level
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience in sales B2B in Electrical/electronics or chemical materials used in the electronics field.
- Knowledge of looking for new customers and suppliers, used to work in the factory.
- Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Be responsible, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, good at communication, and aspiration to work for a long time at our company.
- Prefer to expert on export-import procedures
- Prefer candidates that have a Chemical Certificate (not a must)
