- Working location: Thu Duc, HCMC
<Job Responsibilities>
1/ Accounting (90%)
- Collect all the needed documents, fill files, and arrange documents (both hardcopy and softcopy);
- Ensure all invoices and forms are properly maintained and correctly recorded in the software as required schedule.
- Issue invoices.
- Calculate and prepare monthly/quarterly reports (VAT, FCT…)
2/ Admin (10%)
- Creating and reviewing contracts for legal services
- Answer phone calls providing information and assistance;
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Back up when admin is absent.
3/ Others:
- Others as assigned by the Manager.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Language: English Business level
- Experience: Latest position is related to 2-3 years of working in accounting fields at any industry
Experience in statutory service contracts (drafting and concluding formal contracts)
Fast or/and Misa software experience
- Behavior:
• Attentive to details and quick to react
• Good communication
• Self-motivated as well as good teamwork spirit.
• Job orientated/ Carefulness
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have a good passion for the company's service products and character's business
