<Job Responsibilities>

• Analysis of the market, customers, products, sales status, services, Consumers, and competitors

• Concept and product planning for new or renewed products

• Package design creation (collaboration with design company)

• Product specification design (including cost structure, back label, packaging format, etc.)

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: 
- Having at least 3 years of Product Planning/Developing experience in a Food Manufacturing company.
- Experience in product marketing; Analyze market, customers, products, sales status, services, consumers, and competitors to plan new products.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in product planning for confectionery and confectionery
・Deep understanding of the confectionery market
・Able to collaborate with many departments
