- Work Location: Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province

<Job Expectation>
BIM operator for HVAC and sanitation for an ongoing factory construction project in Vinh Long Province.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Prepare technical drawings (mainly construction drawings) and documents of mechanical equipment under the Project Engineer’s instruction.
・Modify and create technical drawings at the construction site.
・Materials calculation and prepare BOQ from project drawings.
・Other tasks assigned by the manager

*This position will be on a project basis. This project is expected to last until about the end of next year.
The work location is in Vinh Long province. The position will stay at the accommodation prepared by the company

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English Business Level 
・Experience:
   - More than 4 years of working experience as a BIM Operator of air conditioning/ sanitation equipment mainly for factories.
   - Be able to use BIM
   - Having good facility design skills
