- Work Location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

<Expectation>
As the head (chairman) of the Supervisory Board, established last year, you are assigned the main task of "auditing operations." This task asks you to audit and improve whether proper workflow, including fraud, is being implemented within the company.
You will be appointed to this position "permanently".

<Job Responsibilities>
・Conducting a Preliminary Investigation
- Analyze the departments and operations to be audited.
- Discuss audit content with internal audit members.
・Preparing Audit Plan
- Establish audit policies and goals, as well as consider audit focus and audit methodology
- Prepare a written plan
・Conducting the Main survey
- Based on the plan, conduct the audit.
- Discuss problems with the department manager or person in charge and consider improvement measures if problems are found.
・Making Audit Report
- After the audit is completed, an evaluation is made.
- The report is compiled into a written report and presented to the department being audited, management, and others.
・Suggesting Improvement Proposal
- Formal proposals are made as documents incorporating specific details and plans.
・Following-up
- Re-evaluate whether the improvement plan has been implemented and whether operations have become more efficient or are being performed correctly.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: over 40
・Gender: Male Preferred
・Educaion: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Business Level in English or Japanese

・Experience: 
   - Experience in "operational audits" or "accounting audits".

・Personality
   - Able to make decisions from an objective point of view.
   - Have an analytical viewpoint and mindset.
   - Have a high awareness of compliance.
   - Good communication skills.
   - Interest in management.

<Prefferable>
- Experience conducting operational audits at consulting firms or other audit firms as an external auditor.
- Have Internal audit experience in the manufacturing industry.
