Mô tả Công việc
I. Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from NSM
- To provide partner support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with KAM/ASM/Partners/Internal Department
- Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
- Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
II. Main Tasks:
- To consolidate with National Sales Manager to Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Data management for Sales Channel in FMCG
- Fill in for National Sales Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
- Conduct periodic Business Reviews for each partner.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, ... or related majors
- Have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent verbal communication, the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively – fluent in English all skills.
- Excellent delegator and mediator
- Quick decision - making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management
- Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges
- Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level position
- Likable by most and able to motivate others.
