Takes care all BOM set up on system for UPH site

1. Responsible for creating and maintaining Kits Bills of Materials (BOM) for new, existing, and re-manufactured products. This includes the maintenance of the following: Item Master, BOM Structure, Engineering Change Order, Scrap Rates, etc. in MAPICS system.
2. Ensure kit BOM accurately reflect actual used material based on Cover Fit and Wanvog/US provided information.
3. Ensure create items and BOM in system in time according to SOP.
4. Packing list creation and carton size specification.
5. Investigate the variance between BOM and actual usage and find way to solve it.
6. Cross train in other technical service disciplines and provide support and help to resolve any issues.
7. Strong ability to understand and query information in the Mapics environment

1.     Education

• College/ University with major Accounting, Industrial management, or related field ...

2.     Experience: BOM, system setting up, at least 1 year of experience on related field.

3.     Knowledge of:

• Product system

4.     Skills and Abilities

***Working Location: Ben Cat City, Binh Duong Province. We have car pick up at HCMC, Bien Hoa City, Binh Duong Province.
