● Collaborate with line manager to plan out IMC campaigns in alignment with business priorities, brand,
and customer needs
● Monitor the execution elements of the optimal IMC mix including but not limited to PR, events, word of
mouth, promotions, advertising, sales activation)
● Manage relationships with influencers and key media, day-to-day relationships with vendors and
agencies to oversee execution of tactical plans
● Ensure all the assigned tasks are on track
● 3–4 years of experience in Advertising, Public Relations, or Marketing, preferably in Fitness, Lifestyle,
Beauty, Health care industry.
● Expertise in planning & leading the execution of marketing campaigns
● Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
● Ability to manage complex and multi-channel campaigns
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong critical thinking, hands-on execution, communication, time management, problem solving and
result-orientation, negotiation capability, project management.
● Ability to manage time and plan well, build lasting, sustainable relationships and maintain long-term
contact with KOLs.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions.
● Able to work under fast-changing and high-pressure environment
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
