About Role
The Business Development Manager cultivates relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities for the company.
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Work Experience: at least 3 years of working experience in the role of Business Development
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Academic Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Medical/Pharma background is a plus.
Expectations from you
●Cultivating relationships right across the industry opening business development opportunities
●Develop and nurture relationships across the industry to open new business development opportunities.
●Actively engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
●Account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development.
●Conduct account planning, segmentation, and pipeline development activities.
●Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
●Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed growth and sales targets.
●Managing the sales lifecycle process from first meeting to client signing, handover to Account Management team, account expansion, and renewals
●Work closely with the product development team to develop new business solutions.
●Collaborate with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and align business solutions accordingly.
Skills required
●Experience in healthcare solutions selling is an added advantage
●Good communication & interpersonal skills.
●Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence the outcome.
●A good team player and demonstrated ability to work with different departments and regions.
