Mô tả Công việc

- Maintain excellent follow up activities related to projects and ensure that appropriate information/ Document is exchanged between company and client.

- Proposal and Offer Preparation: Assist the Business Development team in preparing initial offers and proposals for clients. This includes gathering project information, calculating costs, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the proposal meets the client’s requirements.

- Survey Coordination and Information Gathering: Collaborate with technical and other departments to organize site surveys, collect necessary documents (e.g., drawings, permits), and ensure the data gathered supports the preparation of the proposal and contract.

- Contract Drafting and Review: Assist in drafting contracts once the final proposal is approved. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all legal documents and support the Business Development team in coordinating with legal and technical departments to finalize terms.

- Project Progress Tracking: Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely communication between departments (e.g., Business Development, Project Management, and Operations) to resolve any issues and maintain project timelines.

- Communicate with internal and external client to administrative issues.

- Reporting directly to BD Manager/ BD support team leader.

- Other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-  Having experience in a similar position is plus

-   Ability to consistently demonstrate work in a team.

-   Ability to work with all levels within an organization.

-   Ability to read, analyze, and translate documents

-   Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

-   A process improvement focus that includes time management, attention to details and organizational skills.

-   Excellent customer service and communication skills.
