1. Card Operations Management
- Interact with Customers (cardholders & merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing matters
- Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program
- Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities
- Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it
- Make a qualitative analysis to understand the situation of the problem and find logical solutions
- Conduct assessment of existing processes to identify gaps for optimization and areas for improvement
2. Issue Resolution
- Make sure all inquiries and complaints from Customer are solved within SLA
- Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems regarding system or hardware
3. Continuous Development
- Participate and test new product related to new development product/function
- Support in reviewing processes, procedures, card products; propose initiatives, changes to improve card transactions management
4. Others
- Other related duties requested by line manager
1. Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Card Operations or a similar role, with a strong understanding of card processes
2. Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Logic approach, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Work well independently but must also work as part of a team
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,...)
3. Personal characteristics
- Customer-oriented, opened, proactive and supportive
- Ability to work under pressure and dynamic working environment
- Careful, sense of responsibility
4. Nice-to-have areas
- Have knowledge about credit card transaction systems, including authorizations, settlements, and chargebacks
- Card product development experience
- Experience dealing with other Partners, Financial Institutions and Card Organization
- Data analysis skills
