Understand & can execute full recruitment cycles: Preparing, Sourcing, Screening, Selecting, Hiring & Onboarding;
Building network via Linkedin, Facebook, Zalo & other social platforms, attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more candidates from difference source and branding our company;
Work with team to manage & extend the talent pool;
Manage the recruitment process efficiently, including scheduling interviews and offer negotiations;
Onboard new staffs and ensure a positive first experience;
Stay up-to-date on employment trends and best practices;
Reports of Recruitments, Training, Onboard weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly;
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Labor relation or a related field (preferred);
Minimum of 4 years exp of recruitment (exp for M&C-level hunting is compulsory);
Fluency in English;
Good interview skill, good communication;
Careful, patient, good personality, able to work under pressure.
